Where am I now?

Cave with mixed thoughts.

Where do I want to be?

2. Define creativity and good art.
                                               Paul Ander
Whatever you think, think the opposite.

3. The fear of beginning

If you don't ask yourself, you are not going to achieve anything.

Be generous( to ourselves) particapate

Share ideas

Your audiance might be small. So what ?

Don't rely on art as your as source of income
It creates compromises
                                                  Norman Long

Slow something down

But if everythibg seems under control you are not going fast enough

If you don't value yourself, no one else will.

Documentary Production for TV & Home Video - Anthony Masi

Anthony Masi, producer for documentary for films, tv
Cultural icons in horror genre
Horror junkie
2002 convention for all Halloween movies. 25 th anniversary of Halloween movies.
He started a fan website in 1998 for Halloween. By the time he planned the convention he had thousands of fans. He had credibility. And sold tickets for convention, that is how he got the funding for documentary. He invited the producers of the film for convention and then they asked him to work with them

Writers, actors, directors got together , he filmed it

How Halloween shaped the horror genre?

In 2006, he decided to set up his own business, when the documentary was released.

His next project was Friday the 13th

He was funded half a million dollars to make a documentary

8 Jason from Friday the 13th asked for $1500 each for interviews for the documentary.

He had to buy clips from Paramount and Newline , and paid $10.000 for 1 clip.

Approval when you pay the money if there is actor or music you have to pay more and get form.

Best way to get money is plan.

Tips on making documentaries

During the Creative Futures Week i benefit from various sessions such as making documentary and make your own movie. Although i realized there are more sessions for art student more than for photography and film field. Also we had some of the same lecturers and same lectures as last year. I hope to see more sessions in my field and attend them all.
